21JUN12: I just had a lady contact me at St. Louis Cornhole tonight inquiring about some bags because the bags that she ordered from another vendor online haven't arrived yet and she said that the seller assured her that they had shipped a week ago. I said, would that by chance be Stephs Bags? She said "yep". I said "this is a common occurance with Stephs Bags". Anyway, the lady has a company picnic tomorrow and I offered to assist if the bags don't arrive in time for that event (which is unlikely if you ask me). The lady said that she has left emails and voicemails to Steph to no return. Once again folks, I can't stress it enough, Stephs Bags may have a high search engine ranking and great prices, but is it really worth the hassle that you read about in all of these continuous reports that keep popping up over the years? I don't think so.

Well, it seems that Stephanie doesn't like the information about her poor reputation as a seller of cornhole bags to get out. As "the voice of the people", I felt compelled to post the above Stephs Complaints link (not my site) on about 6 Facebook cornhole pages to make buyers aware of her repeated ways. Well, not 30 minutes after I posted to those sites I received the following email from her:
"What is your problem with me and my little cornhole company. I don't know why you feel it necessary to post negative posts about me on facebook. If you have an order with me which I don't understand why you would then let me know if there is a problem with your bags. If not just leave me alone I am a single mom of two kids not causing you any competition. I am just trying to buy groceries quit trying to bad talk me on every forum you can find, or I will have to contact my attorney to see what I can do about your intentional attempts at defamation and slander.

I just sent this reply to her above email to me:
You clearly have no idea who I am. I am the voice of the people. I run www.TossingGames.com and about 60 other popular cornhole websites. I have sat back and watched over the years the numerous complaints from your customers on how they have been duped and when I checked out that Stephs Complaints website (which is not mine) I was dumbfounded that the complaints continue. You should clearly take this as a wake up call that there are certain people out there that WILL NOT allow you to continue screwing people over. Either ship when your website says you will ship and reply to ALL of your customers in a timely fashion, or the word will continue to get out about your ways. It's not hard to keep the customer happy. Trust me, I know, cause I sell bags too.
I really hope that this send a wake up call to her to do her customers better.
