Too many times I have seen new builders build a set of bag busting boards. Make sure that you either route or dull the corners of your boards with a sander until they are dull and not sharp points, expecially the front points. Those points are bag busters and a lot of bags have been destroyed by hitting that point on a board that wasn't made properly. An 1/8" to 1/4" router bit should do the trick!
