This info is based on the density of the PREMIUM resin fill used in the bags sold at www.STLCornhole.com: Premium Resin Fill: Use exactly 2 1/4" cups of the premium resin which equates to 15 ounces of fill, to fill your bag. Your 10-12 ounce duck cloth will account for 7 more ounces. Once is all said and done, your bag will weight about 15.7 ounces, which is the perfect thickness for a premium resin corn bag at 1 3/8" thick when laid perfectly flat. To begin, use two 7" square piece of duck cloth and sew a straight stitch 1/2" in all the way around the 4 sides, starting on the side that you will fill your bag about 1 inch in. You will end your straight sew on the other end about 1 inch in. Then you will go around the entire perimeter again with a zig zag stitch between that straight stitch and the outer portion of the bag. That will leave about a 4" opening. Flip the bag inside out, fill it with the premium resin (2 1/4 cups), then close your opening with a double zig zag stitch. Make sure you use a strong upholstery thread. They come in many colors.
