Can I ask, what exactly are the rules to this game? I have saw people play and plan on making a set for my camper.. but, what the heck are the rules? Please help!

I built a ladder golf game after seeing it being played in Myrtle Beach SC. This was in July of 1993. The rules I have for my game are slightly different. The most different rule being that when we go over 21 we have to go back to 13. Most rules we see do not do this. I like going back to 13 better, because it gives you more reason to throw accurate.
